None of the controls affect the brightness in any way. Additionally, the screen is very dim (about half the brightness when I use windows 10). When I press the built in brightness control keys, the brightness bar pops up and goes up and down but it doesn't actually do anything. I just installed ubuntu 20.04 on my laptop and the brightness controls do not work.
